Description
We will be cooking for you step by step a dinner based on traditional and home tested Italian recipes. We will prepare vegetarian dishes and enjoy them together with a good glass of wine. Printed recipes will be available for you to try at home.

Antipasti: Grilled vegetables, wine tarallini, parmiggiano and mozzarelline
Primo: Veggie lasagna
Secondo: Eggplant parmigiana
Dolce: Crostata di marmellata
We will talk about ingredients and tips to get the best results. Most of all we will be enjoying each other’s company while sipping a glass of Italian wine! After all, isn't preparing good food to share what keeps friends getting together most of the time?
