This certificate is valid for a One-Month Family Village Choice membership which allows access to all Village Health Club & Spa locations. Membership can be continued at the end of the one-month period by paying the current enrollment fee and establishing billing for applicable monthly dues.

There are a few important stipulations for the donation winner:
-They must be a first time guest in our club
-Never redeemed the same certificate before
-Must not be former or current members of the club
-Only one donation certificate per family

Must be redeemed before 9/30/2017

You must be at least 24 years of age, a first time guest and local resident to redeem this certificate.  Certificate may not be used toward the purchase of food, beverage or merchandise.  If the bearer of the certificate chooses a Single or Couple Membership at the time of redemption, the value will be less and the difference will not be applied.  There is no cash value and this certificate may not be used in lieu of monthly dues.  Village Members and Prior Village Donation recipients are not eligible.
