Certificate for one 90 minute session of Rolfing and Evaluation. Rolfing is an original and scientifically proven system of bodywork. A Rolfer™ is trained and certified to manipulate the connective tissue (fasica) that goes through, around and attaches to our muscles, bones, nerves and organs. A Rolfer uses his/her hands, forearms and elbows to separate, hydrate and lengthen the fascia, allowing for better body alignment and efficiency in movement. As chronic pain tension and injury unwind, the body is restored to a healthy natural shape within gravity.
