Share your event or production with viewers across the globe! For almost any event (see below restrictions) Iris MediaWorks will livestream your event to Facebook or YouTube. Do you run a conference? Or instructional workshop? Are your parents living halfway across the continent and are unable to come see your performance? We can help broaden your reach and grow your audience. Iris MediaWorks, a media production and strategy company, has done livestreams for Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, TBS, the International Champions Cup, and more. And we can do your event too!
Special Instructions
Details & Restrictions:
• Event: up to 90 minutes
• 3 cameras: 2 stationary, 1 operated
• Live switching of event: between 3 cameras as well as still graphics and/or pre-recorded videos provided by purchaser
• Location must be within NYC
• Purchaser must provide internet connection at location, hard wired ethernet cable, minimum 15 Mbps upstream, ideally dedicated to livestream.
• Purchaser must provide: electricity (15 amp circuit), a table, and 2 chairs at location.
• Depending on type of event, purchaser should provide XLR inputs of program audio to Iris MediaWorks. If there is no live sound reinforcement, let’s chat, we can certainly find a solution
• Date of service to be mutually agreed upon. Some dates will not be available due to previous engagements.
• Valid until 3/20/2018
