The tickets must be used within 6 months. They are good for any performance Monday through Thursday. The seats will be together and they are within the first 12 rows of the orchestra. As for the dates, they should submit their date requests asap and in most cases, it will be honored however, there are times when a show is a complete sellout in which case we would ask choose another date.
