From mindfulness, to self-compassion, to family sits, and reiki healing circles, we offer guided classes for every lifestyle, every day of the week. Our expert instructors can help you find the practice that works best for where you are right now, and our comfortable, welcoming space will make meditation something you can't wait to do every day. You don't have to make drastic changes to your lifestyle to feel the benefits of daily meditation. You can do it in 30 minutes a day. Come do it at the DEN.

Items available for pickup at the Larchmont Charter Administrative Office, 444 N. Larchmont Blvd., #207, Los Angeles, CA 90004 on Tuesday, March 28 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
If you are not local or can not pick up your items on March 28, the item will be shipped to you at your expense unless you make alternate arrangements for pick up by emailing us at gala@larchmontcharter.org
Bidder is responsible for a shipping and handling fee (gift certificates will be shipped for free,) which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped via UPS or USPS, and billed at standard industry rates.
