Mohonk Mountain House Music Festival

Join the Newark Museum travel group for a day trip to the annual Mohonk Mountain House Music Festival at Mohonk Mountain House, a Victorian castle resort surrounded by thousands of acres of unspoiled natural beauty in New Paltz, NY. Begin the day with a chamber concert by Revolutionary Brass, Connecticut’s premier brass quartet, and a lecture in the comfort and intimacy of the Mountain House. The day continues with a guided architectural tour of the property with time to walk along the beautiful landscaped gardens and pristine wilderness and a sumptuous luncheon buffet served in the hotel dining room. This afternoon will feature a performance by the Canta Libre Chamber Ensemble.

The basket contains assorted items from the Newark Museum's celebrated gift shop, including a book highlighting selected works from the museum's collections, a picture frame, notecards, notepad and pen, coffee mug, bottle opener, candle and mini-puzzle.
