On one side this coin has a grand representation of the USS Constitution sailing the open sea surrounded by the inscription “Honest Value Never Fails” with the words “USS Constitution” underneath it.  On the other side are inscriptions which read “Article I, Section 10 of the US Constitution,” “No state shall make any thing but gold and silver coin a tender in payment of debt,” and “USA”.  Surrounding the inscription on the outside of the coin are the words “Liberty Mint,” “One Troy Ounce,” and “.999 Fine Silver,” each separated by two to three stars.
