A Little Meditation Group teaches children awareness, mindfulness and how to love in ways that they can understand and practice. To promote this, the mindful box includes a meditation mat and tips for how kids can create a space of their own to be mindful and a bracelet that acts as a tool to focus one's thoughts and bring attention to that which they are grateful for.
