Outdoor shower. Walk to beach about 300 yards to the ocean. The house is family-friendly, easy living. It is just a lovely beach house that allows for easy access to the beach and short drives to a farmstand, Essex, Gloucester and Rockport.
Availability: Arrangements to be made with owner, with limited availability left for 2017, and many dates available for June, July or August 2018.
