Bid for a 55 minute personal training Pilates session and two (2) group mat classes. The personal training session will incorporate Pilates apparatus and personal instruction with an experienced certified Pilates instructor. The mat classes provide personal attention with a maximum of only eight (8) people in each class. You will experience the classical Pilates mat routine at Fiore Pilates in Mamaroneck.
