About the Artist:

A Connecticut native, Mary Delaney has resided in Shaftsbury, Vermont for the past 27 years. Her interest in photography was sparked many years ago prior to raising a family and reignited over the past 10 years. Mary enjoys photographing the beautiful landscapes of Vermont as well seashore and oceanic scenery. For many years her love of animals has encouraged her to capture the lives of our furry friends through her lens. Mary has displayed her photography in the Corridor Art Gallery at Southwestern Vermont Medical Center, where she has worked for the past twenty-five years, as well as in some local businesses.
