About the Artist:

Dr. Russ Housman has participated in 200 group and solo shows, including shows at several New York City galleries. He has been represented by the Wellons Gallery, the Nordness Gallery, the McFall Gallery, the Kornblee Gallery and the Willard Gallery. His work appears in many public and private collections, including the Forum Gallery in New York City, the Legislative Collection at the Grand Concourse in Albany, NY, the Miller Collection, the Goodyear Collection, and the collections at Adelphi University, Hofstra University, the College of the Ozarks, the Butler Art Institute, the Chautauqua Institute, and the Dayton Art Institute. He holds masters and doctorate degrees from New York University, a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and a fine art diploma from the Albright-Knox Art School.
