Special Instructions
Not suitable for children under age 6. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Screening begins promptly at 3pm, no one will be admitted once screening starts. Once certificate is purchased, attendee must contact donor no later than June 14, 2017, to redeem. Original certificate provided must be signed by winner, scanned and emailed to donor for confirmation of winning bid. Tickets are non-transferable once claimed by winner.
