This is equivalent to taking 1 month of group lessons.
AquaTech offers child group classes and adult workout group memberships for adult swimmers and/or water walkers (ages 13+). Bring your own workout or use our pre-designed workouts. A trained AquaTech instructor will be available for tips and advice during workout times.
Our indoor pools are 20 yards in length (Concord) and 25 yards in length (Alameda), 4 feet in depth, and heated to a comfortable 88 degrees. Kick boards and pull buoys are available for complimentary use in each five-lane pool. There are both stair and ladder entries to the pool.
This is valid at the Alameda or Concord location. Please check their website for class time.
Also, Aquatech offers at free trial lesson for all new swimmers.
