Two in-home training sessions (or at a private gym if the winner has access to a gym) with Serge - a certified master trainer with 16 years of mixed martial arts experience.  Serge specializes in neuromuscular stretching, performance enhancement and corrective exercises.  Dates and times are subject to availability and need to be coordinated with the winner
