Semi-Private Training is a unique opportunity to experience personal training customized to your needs, in a small group setting. These classes differ from large, impersonal, group classes you may find at other gyms because we have found that a trainer can care and attend to each individual’s needs much more effectively at a maximum of 5 people per session. Each session usually follows a theme, such as “Cardio, Legs, Arms and Shoulders, Etc,” and with over 30 appointments a week to choose from, you can customize your personal fitness plan based on what interests you and what is best for your schedule!
