You will be required to provide a credit card upon check-in which will be authorized an amount per day for anticipated incidental charges. You are responsible to pay all incidental charges incurred which includes food/beverage charges, telephone charges, E'Terie charges, parking charges, mandatory State and County fees and/or any other charges not specified. This certificate may not be redeemed at any other Embassy Suites. Shipping and handling charges will apply if not picked up from the JDRF office in Brentwood, Tennessee.
