This certificate is good for one preventative maintenance service by E & E Plumbing and Heating which includes:

• Check cooling system performance


• Verification of refrigerant charge of unit


• Leak check unit with refrigerant leak detector


• Check & clean fan motors


• Visual inspection of components


• Replacement of 2 in air filter(s) during service visit


• Check and clean indoor and outdoor coil


• Humidifier plates, special filters, UV light servicing parts are additional if needed
