Description

From Chet Atkins to Brian Setzer; Neil Young to Pete Townsend; and don’t forget Bono, George Harrison, Lou Reed and Lady Gaga … Gretsch guitars have been seen in the hands of the world’s greatest. Make this one your own!

In 1955, Gretsch premiered the most luxurious guitar ever made, the White Falcon. This NEW Players Edition G6136T-AZM-LTD Falcon from the Professional Series is relentless in providing stellar tone, feel, and looks, all while keeping its classic Gretsch roots. It has a striking Azure Metallic finish with Gold hardware for a unique look that’s sure to stand out. Only 75 were made for the entire world; this guitar is extremely limited and extremely cool!

And especially for this year’s auction, our very own Cathedral teacher and Uncle Riffkin rockstar, Michael Vietmeier, will give you a lesson on your new guitar!

Details include:

Gretsch G6136T Limited Edition Falcon with String-Thru Bigsby, Azure Metallic finish with Gold hardware. The ultimate players Falcon with body and fretboard based on a ‘59 Falcon and vertical headstock logo from the original ‘55 version.
Featuring the tried and true HIgh Sensitive Filter’Tron pickups offering a huge variety of tones from clean and jazzy to punchy twang.
A “treble bleed” circuit on the master volume control means that the guitar retains tone and presence when the volume is rolled off. Wherever the volume is set, the tone stays bright and true.
Top-of-the-line Falcon. It recreates the look, sound, and feel of an original ’50s guitar but with modern dependability and durability. Even restringing has been made much easier with the new String-Thru Bigsby design.
Comes with Gretsch hard case, all factory documentation, and lifetime warranty.

This Live Event Item offers Absentee Bidding.
