Maria De Los Angeles began her experience as a hair stylist in the fashion industry 20 years ago.  Passionate about form, movement, shapes and design, she migrated her skill set to hair styling.  With a keen eye, she creates a personalized style that transforms a persons face and persona.  Maria loves to analyze a clients face, bring the hair into balance, creating harmony not only in the hair style, but also with with the features. 

She has styled major fashion shows from Ralph Lauren to Issey Mikake. A platform artist for L’Oreal, Wella and Iso, she has also styled celebrities for movie premieres and theater projects like American Beauty, The Haunting and the Merce Cunningham Dance Troupe. 

She has styled for TV makeover segments on Good Morning America, Good Day New York, Regis and Kathy Lee and MTV. She’s written beauty tips and has been featured in fashion magazines from Allure to The New York Times’ Sunday Style section.
