NEW, NEVER WORN!!! Size 7 1/2 medium. It's a flexible, somewhat stretchy material so you can easily pull them on & off. Condition is NEW, but I noticed a tiny "ding" on the right boot. I'm assuming it's rubbed on the box. NOT noticeable. Boots are made by Franco Sarto purchased at .Macy's. I'm donating my boots to the Bichons because they don't work me because of my MS.
