This is a hand-painted portrait of a beautiful Bichon Frise face done by "Suzanne, 2002". It looks as though the pup is lying on a brick patio with purple flowers growing in the background. The flowers extend beyond the picture onto the mat, giving the piece dimension. The gold frame seems to be made of wood with gilding.
