This beautiful Bichon quilt is 80" x 64" and has 30 large squares featuring icons of dogs standing and of dog heads. The large squares are made up of smaller pieces, alternating red and white with the doggie designs stenciled on white. The large squares are separated by black fabric strips with small dog footprints. The red fabric also has footprints. Stitching was probably done by machine. The quilt is a perfect size for the top of a double bed, or fits a single bed with the sides covered. This quilt has been lovingly used, and there are some stains on the back, which is white, and small ones on the front, but they really don't detract from the pattern. My quilting friends advised that we not have the quilt cleaned before listing.
