The Premier Cottage features a King size bed, wood burning fireplace and entertainment area, a spacious and airy bathroom with soaking tub, indoor and alfresco showers. French doors open onto an outdoor sitting area surrounded by a private garden.

Pick Up Info: This item will be ready to be picked up in front of the Austin Creek School Office during the following dates: Monday, Dec. 11 - Wed. Dec 13 between 2:45 - 3:15 PM.
If you are unable to pick up your item during these times, please contact the auction administrator at acpcauction@gmail.com by Wednesday, December 13, 2017. Items not picked up, or had alternate pick up arrangements made, will be donated back to the ACPC. Parents or an adult must be present to pick up auction items. Items will not be released to children.
Billing Info: Credit cards will automatically be billed at the close of the auction on Wednesday, December 6, 2017. Please be sure your card does not expire or change during this time.
