The Northern Exposure Cookbook

"I bought this book mainly because I'm a big fan of the show. I thought it would be neat to try the recipes and bring a little of the Alaskan Riviera to New Jersey. Kind of like a gag thing. But really all the recipes I've attempted so far have come out wonderfully and are always a big hit with guests. I've recommended it to many of my friends, NX fans or no. An excellent (and hilarious) cookbook from an excellent (and hilarious) show."
