Artist Rachel Roark Sherrill painted a beautiful flag on her rock with a timeless quote from John Adams on it:

"Liberty cannot be preserved without a general knowledge among the people."  John Adams  1765.  She signed the bottom: "For Constituting America" "RSherrill 2017"

It has a protective spray on it but is not recommended for outside use. 

Rachel's father was an artist and Rachel is a gifted and accomplished artist herself.   Please see the pictures of the "owl rock" she painted and the "cat rock" she painted!
