Description
Point Reyes National Seashore Association is proud to partner with our friends at the Roundstone Farm and West Marin Food and Farm Tours so that you can get away and indulge your inner locavore with this cozy, tasty get-away for two.
Kick off your West Marin adventure by checking into The Inn at Roundstone Farm, built in 1987 by the family that still owns the inn. Connemaras and Arabian horses are raised on the land that surrounds the inn. The farm itself is named for the village of Roundstone in the Connemara district of western Ireland, where Connemaras first lived as wild ponies.
The main visitor center at Point Reyes National Seashore's Bear Valley is within walking distance, and several beautiful park beaches are an easy 15-minute drive away. Innkeepers Frank Borodic and Karen Anderson would be delighted to give you the local scoop on what's happening, what not to miss, and more.
Your trip also includes a local culinary tour for two with chef and local insider, Elizabeth Hill of West Marin Food & Farm Tours. You and your guest will indulge your senses in the Flavors of West Marin, a behind-the-scenes tour of West Marin's best offerings including wine, cheese, breads, pastries, organic produce, and grass-fed meats. The tour includes transportation between farms and food purveyors.
Chill, explore, sleep and nosh like a local, bid today!
