Barrel tasting package details:

You and 7 guests will get a behind the scenes tour at August Ridge and meet winemaker, John Backer. He will personally taste you through our unique Italian varietals right out of the barrel, detailing the art of his wine making. The wines will include Sangiovese, Nebbiolo, Barbera, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Primitivo from the 2014 to 2016 harvests. An antipasti plate is included to pair with your wines.
