Metro Bis restaurant is located in the 31 room Simsbury 1820 House in the heart of Simsbury, Chef Chris Prosperi and Courtney Febbroriello are proud to welcome guests to the new location which currently features a 74 seat restaurant, a sycamore cookbook bar, seasonal dining on the porch for 20, and an additional 100 seats for parties and events.
