With prior supervisor approval and coordination of dates of time-off as per company policy, employee is entitled to an additional 40 hours of vacation which must be used in the 2017 calendar year. 

There can be multiple winners if winning bid is matched. Hours can be rolled over into the 1^st quarter of 2018 with supervisor approval.
