Lovely 1930's light filled cottage on a private acre+, abutting nature preserve. Bright renovated home, windows on all sides. Near beaches, ponds, nature walks. Nestled away on a bucolic country road, it is quiet and secluded but just minutes from shops and restaurants in the charming towns of Greenport & Southhold. Walking distance to lovely bay beach and a giant salt water pond. The area is great for biking, kayaking, swimming, hiking, winery tours, and just relaxing.

The cottage is quiet and cozy, but plenty of room for spreading out. Living spaces great for big dinners: the huge dining table seats at least 10, and our large kitchen plus outdoor grill allows guests to prepare wonderful meals. Three private bedrooms sleep up to eight guests, and the beds are SUPER comfy. There's plenty of room for an extra air mattress to add guests. Ample grounds full of wild bunnies, geese, and all manner of wildlife.
