About Chef

Chef Katsu Machida trained at a traditional Kappo (Japanese style cooking) restaurant for 5 years in Japan. After moving to NY, he was working as a sushi chef for top quality restaurant such as "Blue Ribbon Sushi" and "Sushi of Gari". Katsu is currently head chef at one of the most authentic Japanese restaurant in Brooklyn "Zenkichi".
