Description
Music has always been a place of healing for me and I kept it a personal escape for a long time. I grew up on bluegrass and classical but fell in love with jazz as a teenager. I'll never forget my grandfather saying "jazz is just made up notes"; he wasn't a fan. But how beautiful is that?! Now, I enjoy creating "made up notes" with others.
“so this is love” is a snapshot of my entry into the NYC jazz scene with standards like “It Never Entered My Mind” and “in Green Dolphin Street”. I did a bit of arranging on “Darn That Dream” which I hope you enjoy. I was lucky to have some of the finest gigging musicians in NYC record on these tunes and am grateful for their talent and time. This album marks a beginning for me and I’m excited to see what’s next on this journey!

After the online auction closes, this item will be going to a LIVE EVENT for further bidding. The LIVE EVENT is Thursday, April 19. You will be notified by email if you are awarded the winning bid. If shipment of your item is required, shipping and handling charges will apply and be billed to your account. Local pick-up can be arranged, in lieu of shipping, between April 21th and April 30th. If interested in local pickup, three locations will be available: Camp Hebron, Halifax; a location in Harrisburg; and a location in Lancaster.
We will have provisions for absentee bidding. Anyone bidding on line for an item who has entered a maximum bid that is higher than the ending on-line bid, will be placed on an absentee bidding report and a volunteer will bid on the item for you up to your maximum stated amount.
