“The Works” is a 125,000 square foot entertainment complex. Our restaurant can comfortably seat over 250 guests. We have a beautifully appointed facility with a multimillion dollar arcade, huge “Ballocity” foam ball blasting and climbing structure play unit for the kids, additional onsite dining and beverage options, a brand new “Marriott Courtyard” hotel within walking distance, free unlimited parking in our adjoining secure parking lot, and easy access to all major highways. In addition, The Works features a regional/national live music and upscale dining venue “Building 24 LIVE”, and a high speed kart racing facility “Slick Willy’s”. Building 24 Live also doubles as a state of the art nightclub and sports viewing facility.

This item will go to the LIVE EVENT on April 19th for further bidding. You will be notified by email if you are awarded the winning bid. If shipment of your item is required, shipping and handling charges will apply and be billed to your account. Local pick-up can be arranged, in lieu of shipping, between April 19th and April 30th.
We will have provisions for absentee bidding. On-line bidders who have entered a maximum bid that is higher than the ending on-line bid, will be placed on an absentee bidding report and a volunteer will bid on the item for you up to your maximum stated amount.
