Tour the LA Tar Pits with our awesome TA, Ms. Armstrong. This is a 1 hour walking tour with approx. 30 minutes spent inside and 30 minutes outside. Take note, Ms. Armstrong used to work at the Museum so she knows all its secrets. Don't miss this one! A fossil replica craft will also done at the end of the tour. Parents will be responsible to ensure children are dropped off and picked up on time. Further details about the event location will be provided by Ms. Armstrong to the winning participants. Date is planned for Sunday, June 25th, 11 am - 1 pm. If participants would like to join Ms. Armstrong for a picnic lunch after the Museum tour, please bring a sack lunch in a backpack. Students should wear their CWC T-shirts if they have one. Admission to the Museum will be covered by Ms. Armstrong. Siblings are welcome to join, but must pay for their own admission to the Museum. Water bottle and sunscreen recommended.
