Peter Van Remortel, an Eliot parent and a 20 year executive chef will come to your house to prepare a dinner party for up to 8 people. He will work with you to prepare a 3 course menu to your liking and budget. He will present each course to your guests, providing background on ingredients and techniques for a truly unique dining experience. He will be joined by his sous chef and wife Rachael who will serve and clean leaving your kitchen and dining room just as they found it!
