Group Interactive Cooking Class for Two! What is on the menu you ask? Together, we will be making the traditional "thumb pasta" cavatelli, served with the most famous of all Sunday Pugliese piatti...Bracciole. Thinly sliced beef rolled with fresh parmeggiano, mozzarella and parsley and slowly simmered in a rich tomato based sauce. Then we will make beautiful focaccia together culminating in a feast for all of the senses. We will start out the evening with a nice glass of prosecco with appetizers, then move on to making pasta together...followed by the "rolling of the braciole." Then to the focaccia station where you can make your own to take home, although there will also be plenty for dinner. Finish off with a wonderful tiramisu, what more do you need? All washed down with a delicious "Nero di Troia" red or chilled dry rose' wines from Cantina Mazzone, and you will be singing "That's Amore"
