Artist Julie Kanapaux is a contemporary abstract artist influenced by nature on both micro and macrocosmic scales. Her work is about perception and the universal connection of space. 

Kanapaux's unique fusion of fine art and graphic art has enabled her to produce inspiriting works that tie physical spaces together and promote creativity. She was the honors graduate at Ringling College of Art and Design. She was also a Trustee Scholar and recipient of the school's prestigious Presidential Sculpture Award.

Julie is owner and Chief Creative Officer of Kan Kan Studios, an innovative studio that offers custom abstract art for residential, corporate and public spaces. She is also a member of the artist collective. Her multi-story mural Momentum was unveiled in 2017 at the Alfred R. Goldstein Library at Ringling College of Art and Design.
