A good summer read about some very good dogs!

Author Maria Goodavage has penned the very first look at a very special breed of heroes, the four-legged heroes who protect the President of the United States. With a foreword by a former Secret Service agent, this book is a fascinating page-turner that details the history of the program, its phenomenal successes (and occassional shortcomings) and the very real human-animal bond between the men and women who live and train and their furry crimefighters.
