Description

"Donnie Baseball," Don Mattingly, was a 6-time All Star during his tenure as a New York Yankees first baseman, collecting 2,153 career hits and the 1985 A.L. MVP award. He also won 9 Gold Gloves at first base, and holds the dubious distinction of being the only Yankees player to have his number retired without winning a World Series with the team.

After his successful playing career, Mattingly went on to manage the Los Angeles Dodgers (2011 to 2015) and he is now the skipper of the Miami Marlins.

The photo on this 10" x 13" plaque appears to be autographed, but the plaque does not have a certificate of authenticity, so we are valuing it accordingly. There is also slight damage on the back of the plaque that you wouldn't notice once it was on your wall, you lucky bidder!
