45 minute Fitness Fix classes involve: High Intensity exercises, with modifications for persons of all ages, fitness levels and intensities. Maximum 4 people per class with individualized attention from degreed fitness professionals. Individual session involves 60 minutes per session focusing on individual goals, exercise history and needs.

Fitness Fix Small Group Exercise classes – 30-45 minute classes, maximum 4 participants, using High Intensity programs proven to provide results not only in increased muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance, but also in weight loss and overall health improvements.

Evenings: Monday (7:15pm), Wednesday (7:45pm) & Thursday (7:15pm)
Weekends: Saturday (1:15pm, 2:15pm) & Sunday (10:15am, 11:15am, 12:15pm)
