Winner will receive a 3 pack (3 separate), 50 minute semi-private group equipment classes.
Centered's mixed equipment classes will engage your body and mind. In a small group setting, you will be guided and challenged as you experience the different benefits of the Pilates Reformer, Exo-Chair, Springboard and Bodhi suspension training work. Each class will vary use of equipment to progressively strengthen, lengthen and balance.
Centered on North is located at 35 W. North Ave.
