Opened December 27, 2004 and located conveniently off of Route 22 in Bethlehem, Cactus Blue Mexican Restaurant creates authentic dishes native to Puebla and select localized dished to suit every taste.

Within months of opening, Cactus Blue was named “Best Mexican in the Valley.” Since then, we have received the title annually from at least one local publication, including Lehigh Valley Style, Lehigh Valley Magazine and The Morning Call.
