ARTIST: Sue Simpson



Sue paints for fun and for family, and enjoys the detailed design and decoration of intricate craft projects. Sue is also the Venue Management chairperson for First Night Chatham. 

First Night's Shark in the Park was painted by First Night's 'Venue Management' chairperson Sue Simpson, and is painted with symbols of many iconic events of the 60s, plus a few that represent local 60s milestones. We think people will recognize most of them, but for more detail about each image, we've put a key up on the First Night website.
