This one-hour private meditation session with local Upper West Side parent Kelli Douglas will walk you through step by step through how to meditate. We will start with a relaxation technique and a breathing technique designed to calm and focus the mind. The class is intended to bring the person into a very still, quiet, relaxed state where their mind becomes clear and radiant as they experience a sense of joy. Good for you and a friend or just you! Kelli Douglas is an independent teacher of Vedic Meditation and the founder of the Meditation Class. To be scheduled at a mutually beneficial time for all participants.
