Enjoy a weekend stay on the New Hampshire Seacoast

The house has three floors including a finished basement and can comfortably fit up to 12 people. Common areas, including kitchen, family room, living and dining room are spacious and have a lovely view of the bay. There is a finished basement with a pool table and air hockey and WiFi throughout. Three kayaks are available pending owner approval.

• Second floor: three bedrooms (one king bed, two queen beds) and two full bathrooms


• First floor: three bedrooms (one king bed, one queen bed and two twin beds) and two full bathrooms


• Basement: rec room and one full bathroom

Located in the town of Durham on Great Bay about 20 minutes from the Atlantic seacoast towns of Portsmouth and Rye, NH. For spring and fall visits, it is within easy reach of hiking areas such as Pawtuckaway and Bear Brook State Parks, and Mt. Agamenticus in Maine.  For cyclists, there are many routes in the area, including the Rockingham recreational rail trail. For winter visitors, the house is within 1-1.5 hours of the ski destinations Gunstock, Ragged Mountain and Mt. Sunapee.
