Completely private, yet not isolated, the property is surrounded by almost one mile of the trout-filled Plattekill Creek (a Class B trout stream) with its own private waterfront and a large swimming area with use of our dock and boat.

• Just a few feet away -- beneath a canopy of trees -- is a large 9-ft Italian marble table and chairs that comfortably seats 14. It has its own outdoor lighting for a beautiful evening experience. Perfect for a casual picnic or a full meal.
  


• 690 sq. ft. plus a 600 sq. ft. patio area. Sleeps four (not including the loft). Air conditioned. Full kitchen with microwave. Hi-def TV with HBO & Showtime. All amenities are included.
