$100 to spend at Jacob's Pickles

New Yorker Jacob Hadjigeorgis was practically predestined for the world of food. The son of a restaurateur, he’s a guy from Queens, in his words, the “melting pot” of great cuisines from around the globe. Jacob has been passionate about food and design for as long as he can remember. Early on he spent a semester abroad in the Czech Republic, where he fell in love with art, architecture, and artisanal beer. As a student and fencing competitor he traveled widely throughout the United States, and became fascinated with regional specialties and local spices and ingredients.

Manhattan Country School is grateful for the support of a local business in our new neighborhood. Jacob's Pickles is located at 509 Amsterdam Avenue between 84th and 85th Streets.
