This self-guided, family-friendly tour showcases Midwest's most visited house museum which is a stunning 39-room mansion built by an iron-ore tycoon as the gateway to the North Shore on Lake Superior. Explore the mansion at your own pace and soak in the luxurious interiors and stories of the Congdon Family. Tour guides are stationed throughout the mansion. Don't be shybe sure to ask the tour guides questions! They are eager to elaborate and bring the mansion to life for you.
The Classic Tour includes the lower level, first and second floor which you may explore on a recommended route at your own pace.

Glensheen is proud to donate two Classic Tour Admission Passes good for two people each, for a total of four free Classic Tours. This is a $60 value. Glensheen is open seven days a week 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Please check our website (glensheen.org) for our updated hours. The complimentary tickets can be redeemed at our ticket house.
